There Is A Good Smoothies I Wanna Share With You

Smoothies are an easy and refreshing way to get a few servings of fruit - and sometimes veggies - in the summer! If you make sure there is protein in the smoothie, it can be great as a meal replacement, too! The great thing about smoothies is they can be made out of pretty much anything.

A great way to save those fruits and veggies in your fridge that haven't been touched is to cut them up and put them in the freezer for the next time you're in the mood for a healthy frozen concoction. By using frozen fruits and vegetables, you don't need to add extra ice or added sugars because the fruit should be able to naturally sweeten your drink. Here are a few smoothie recipes to try, but don't be afraid to experiment with different fruits and veggies to give yourself all the fiber, vitamins and minerals you need in a single cup.

Tropical Paradise Smoothie

1/3 cup frozen pineapple
1/3 cup frozen banana slices
1/3 cup frozen mango
1 cup Almond-Coconut milk
6 ounce light yogurt or Greek yogurt

Blend together and enjoy!

Veggie Surprise Smoothie

1 cup frozen berries (any kind)
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup chopped cucumber (with seeds and skin removed)
1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
6 ounce light or Greek vanilla yogurt

Blend together and enjoy!

Banana-Nut Smoothie
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter or almond butter
1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze

Have you tried any other smoothie combos that are worth sharing? If so, post them!

Are You Only Apply Sunscreen When You Know You'll Be Outside ?

Sunscreen should be part of your daily routine 365 days a year. The number-one mistake I see is people using sunscreen only when they go to the beach or spend time outside,”says Cheryl Gustafson, MD, chief dermatology resident at Emory University and spokesperson for the Skin Cancer Foundation. The sun's rays can still reach your skin, for example, while you drive or sit by a window. Case in point: A recent University of Washington study found that more than half of cases of melanoma and Merkel cell carcinoma (two deadly types of skin cancer) occurred on the left side of the body—the side more exposed to UV light when driving. (In Australia, where cars drive on the opposite side of the street, research has found skin cancer is more common on the right side of the body).
To get in the habit of applying sunscreen every day, you need to know that it is not enought just by uing lose weight pills like Bee Pollen Weight Loss Pills to keep your figure well ,you also need to notice skin care . Dr. Gustafson suggests finding a body and facial moisturizer that contains at least SPF 15. Apply it daily after you shower.
